Role Overview

Victorinox India is seeking a dynamic, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to manage category performance, demand planning, inventory management, and product operations across assigned portfolios, including E-Commerce, Marketing, and other product categories. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure optimal stock availability, efficient inventory management, and seamless product execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Coordination

• Act as the primary interface between Sales and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between demand forecasts, inventory availability, and order fulfilment.
• Support timely and accurate execution of customer orders.

2. Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Prepare and maintain monthly demand forecasts using analytical tools and Excel.
• Monitor forecast accuracy by tracking actual sales against projections.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align replenishment and procurement plans.

3. Category & Product Management

• Monitor category performance through sales trends, sell-through analysis, and stock movement.
• Support assortment planning and portfolio optimization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve category growth and profitability.

4. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

• Maintain optimal inventory levels across channels and product categories.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Supply Chain teams for imports, replenishments, and shipments.
• Minimize stock-outs and excess inventory through proactive planning.

5. MIS & Business Analytics

• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Utilize Advanced Excel tools such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and forecasting models.
• Provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.

6. Product Launch Management

• Support new product launches and promotional initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure successful execution.
• Track launch performance and recommend corrective actions where required.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• MBA preferred.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in:
