Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, handle administrative tasks, manage sales documentation, and ensure smooth communication between field sales executives and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and basic experience in sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Administration: Process incoming orders, prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports using MS Office or CRM software.
• Client Coordination: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate product information and resolving grievances promptly.
• Team Support: Coordinate with field sales representatives to track their daily schedules, client meetings, and targets.
• Data Management: Maintain and update accurate records of client databases, sales leads, and inventory levels.
• Interdepartmental Liaison: Collaborate with logistics, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of goods or services to clients.
• Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding pending payments, order confirmations, and feedback.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
