Sales Coordinator

serves as the bridge between the developers and the sales agent, ensuring smooth processing and release of commissions. This role involves direct communication with developers, either via email or in person, to confirm commission availability. The coordinator also proactively engages with agents to update them on the status of their commission pickups, providing clear and timely information.

Responsibilities

• Email developers to verify commission readiness.
• Maintain organized records of developers' communications and commission schedules
• Notify agents when their commissions are ready for pickup.
• Serve as the primary contact for the agent inquiries regarding commission status
• Provide accurate updates and resolve concerns promptly.
• Assist in monitoring outstanding commissions and follow up as needed.

Qualifications

• A senior high school diploma or a bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, both written (email) and verbal (in-person)
• Experience in real estate operations or financial coordination is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for tracking and reporting.
