Sales Coordinator

About the Company: Trivandrum based Interior solutions company

Key Responsibilities:

• Order & Project Tracking: Process purchase orders, manage tracking timelines, and ensure custom furniture, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), or building material orders move correctly from production to site delivery.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with interior designers, contractors, and clients to answer inquiries, share material updates, and handle post-sale requests.
• Quotations & Proposals: Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, invoices, and pitch decks for client meetings in collaboration with the design team.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate closely with logistics, internal design, and installation crews to align delivery schedules with site readiness.
• Database & CRM Management: Maintain sales pipelines, update customer data, and generate routine performance reports for management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Ulloor, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Inside sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Day Shift (Preferred)
