Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage day-to-day coordination between sales, customers, back-office, and operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, maintaining documentation, coordinating orders and dispatches, and providing administrative support.

Basic knowledge of Import & Export processes and documentation will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team for customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, reports, quotations, invoices, and records.
• Handle back-office activities, data entry, filing, documentation, and customer records.
• Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, payments, and other requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, accounts, purchase, warehouse, and logistics.
• Follow up on pending orders, dispatches, deliveries, and customer requirements.
• Maintain daily/weekly sales and operational reports.
• Assist the sales team in preparing MIS reports and tracking sales activities.
• Handle general operations and administrative coordination as required.
• Maintain proper records of purchase orders, sales orders, delivery documents, and other business correspondence.
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and logistics partners when required.
• Provide support for basic Import & Export documentation and coordination, including shipping-related paperwork and communication with logistics/customs teams.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up on all assigned tasks.
• Perform multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience will be considered.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Back Office, Operations, Sales Support, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good follow-up and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Basic understanding of Import-Export procedures and documentation is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, sales teams, vendors, logistics, and internal departments.
• Attention to detail and willingness to take responsibility.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate will be someone who has multi-functional experience and can independently handle sales coordination, back-office work, operational activities, documentation, and customer follow-ups. Candidates with basic exposure to Import & Export operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
