Sales Coordinator

Salary Range: $46,000-$51,000/ year

Job Summary We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to drive sport surface sales and booking opportunities at Canlan Sports. This role involves managing contracts, spot rentals, public programs, tournaments, and events to enhance customer experiences. The Sales Coordinator will support sales processes from awareness to ongoing customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Support company mission, vision, and culture statements
• Manage ice contracts, spot rentals, public programs, and tournament operations
• Administer and promote programming activities, including public programs and equipment rentals
• Assist in executing direct sales strategies and revenue development plans
• Build customer relationships, discover revenue opportunities, and analyze sales effectiveness
• Act as Manager On Duty during shifts

Qualifications

• Degree in business, marketing, or recreation preferred
• 1-2 years of sports/recreational environment experience
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Inside sales experience is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, databases, and social media platforms
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
