Yugo Roofing is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring that customer enquiries, orders, quotations, and sales processes are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the day-to-day activities of the sales team.
• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, invoices, and sales documentation.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely communication regarding order status.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, logistics, finance, and other internal departments.
• Assist sales representatives with administrative and customer-support requirements.
• Monitor outstanding quotations and follow up where required.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and customer engagements.
• Resolve routine customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure all sales administration is completed accurately and within required deadlines.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or qualification in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a sales administration, sales coordination, customer service, or similar role.
• Experience in building industry, particularly with roofing materials and supplies
• Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Advantageous

• Diploma or qualification in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems.
• Valid driver's licence.
