Sales Coordinator

Job Purpose

To support the sales team by managing enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with customers and internal departments, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth execution from enquiry to payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

Enquiry Management

• Receive and register customer enquiries.
• Assign enquiries to the respective sales executive.
• Maintain enquiry tracker and follow up on status updates.
• Ensure timely response to all customer enquiries.

Quotation & Order Processing

• Prepare and send quotations as per company guidelines.
• Follow up with customers for quotation approval.
• Process sales orders and coordinate with operations teams.
• Maintain records of quotations, orders, and revisions.

Customer Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication.
• Provide order status updates to customers.
• Resolve routine customer queries and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.

Sales Support

• Support field sales executives with documentation and reports.
• Track sales targets and achievement status.
• Schedule customer meetings and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.

Reporting & MIS

• Update CRM and sales trackers daily.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain customer database and sales records.
• Generate reports on enquiries, quotations, orders, and collections.

Collection Follow-up

• Coordinate with customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Share payment reminders and statements.
• Track receivables and report overdue accounts.

Pay: ₹25,554.00 - ₹35,767.00 per month
