Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the sales function by coordinating activities among dealers, store managers, buyers, and internal departments. The role ensures the effective execution of sales programs, proper management of promodisers, and successful implementation of sales initiatives within the home appliances industry.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate sales orders between dealers, store managers, and buyers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely fulfillment.
• Train, supervise, and monitor promodisers deployed in partner stores to ensure adherence to company standards, product knowledge, and sales performance expectations.
• Support the achievement of sales targets by tracking performance, consolidating weekly reports, and providing timely updates to management.
• Assist in the planning and execution of dealer events, in-store promotions, product launches, and marketing activations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure smooth sales operations and effective communication.
• Gather and report market feedback, competitor activity, and store-level insights to support strategic decision-making.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in sales coordination, preferably within the home appliances, FMCG, or retail industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven coordination and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
