About Company:

Osseous Surgicals Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of Orthopaedic Implants based in Morbi, Gujarat. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to support our sales and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Coordination: Coordinate with Distributors, Dealers, Traders, Doctors, and Sales Team for daily sales activities

• Order Management: Handle order processing, follow-ups with production and dispatch for timely delivery

• Customer Support: Attend customer queries, maintain relationships with channel partners and doctors

• Sales Team Support: Assist field sales team with product information, quotations, and documentation

• MIS & Reports: Prepare daily sales reports, track dispatches, maintain distributor/dealer database and CRM

• Market Data: Collect feedback from market, share competitor information and support lead generation

• Product Knowledge: Maintain good understanding of orthopaedic implants and their applications

Requirements:

• Experience: 0-3 years in Sales Coordination / Inside Sales. Fresher with medical background can apply

• Education: Graduate. Diploma/B.Sc/Pharma background preferred

• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati

• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Email

• Skills: Good coordination, multitasking, target-oriented and customer handling skills

• Location: Candidate must be willing to work from Tankara, Gujarat
