Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience in the contracting or technical services sector. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by managing client communication, preparing quotations, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring smooth workflow between sales, operations, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries and provide timely, professional responses to clients.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and commercial documents.
• Coordinate with operations for site visits, material requirements, and project scheduling.
• Maintain updated records of leads, quotations, follow‑ups, and project status.
• Follow up with clients on approvals, payments, and contract documentation.
• Ensure seamless communication between sales, operations, and finance teams.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills through professional email drafting, timely responses, and confident handling of client and internal calls.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in contracting, scaffolding, construction, or technical services.
• Strong understanding of project coordination and client handling.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong follow‑up skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, team player, and commitment to timely delivery.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
