Sales Coordinator – LMTs

Job Description (JD)

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily sales activities with LMTs, Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Distributors.

Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly Target vs. Achievement reports.

Monitor primary and secondary sales, recovery, outstanding, and ageing reports.

Coordinate with LMTs regarding sales targets, orders, recovery, and market activities.

Follow up on distributor orders, payments, security cheques, agreements, and reconciled ledgers.

Maintain and update sales data, distributor-wise reports, and performance records.

Coordinate with the Sales Team and Head Office for order processing and operational issues.

Monitor PJP market visits, attendance, and field activities of the sales team and BA Team.

Prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) and follow up on assigned action points.

Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Warehouse, and Operations for sales-related matters.

Maintain records of claims, discounts, returns, stock, and product complaints.

Support management with sales analysis, market reports, and performance dashboards.

Ensure timely communication of management instructions and sales updates to the concerned teams.

Perform other sales coordination and reporting tasks assigned by Sales Management.

Follow up LMTs PO till delivery.and Maintain Record of Reciving etc.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
