What they need
- Oversee daily sales operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Verify and control discounts and pricing according to company policies.
- Match Purchase Orders (PO) with Sales Orders (SO) and ensure accuracy.
- Monitor payment terms, down payments and internal approvals.
- Coordinate between Sales, Finance and Logistics departments.
- Handle and archive all sales documentation (quotations, invoices, delivery notes, etc.).
- Prepare regular sales and collection reports for management.
- Record and follow up on Minutes of Meeting (MOM) for internal meetings.
- Support the evaluation of B2C leads.
Pay: E£3,857.95 - E£18,999.86 per month
Work Location: Remote
