Sales Coordinator

• Coordinate with the sales team for daily sales activities and requirements.
• Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Prepare and maintain quotations, sales documents, and customer records.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch.
• Update sales data and maintain MIS/FMS sheets.
• Track customer enquiries, leads, orders, and pending activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and follow-up reports.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up on customer requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of sales-related activities.
• Support the sales team in achieving smooth and timely execution of orders.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹31,375.39 per month
