Sales Coordinator

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Order Management and Processing

• Entering, tracking, and verifying purchase orders, invoices, and quotations for accuracy.
• Coordinating with shipping, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Informing customers promptly of any delivery delays or status updates.

Customer Support and Communication

• Handling incoming client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Providing up-to-date product information, pricing, and basic account details.
• Resolving customer complaints or directing complex issues to the appropriate sales representative.

Sales Administration and Reporting

• Maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) records.
• Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly sales performance reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Managing sales collateral, including brochures, price lists, and promotional materials.

Internal Coordination

• Scheduling meetings, client demos, and travel itineraries for the sales team.
• Bridging communication between sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align strategies and campaigns.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
