Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring efficient handling of customer orders and smooth coordination between departments to achieve timely and accurate order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Prepare, review, and validate Sales Orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate data entry and ensure all records are organized and up to date.
• Coordinate closely with the production team to monitor order status and support operational requirements.
• Arrange and oversee delivery schedules to ensure timely dispatch of products.
• Generate and maintain accurate reports, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and accounts teams as needed.
• Assist in product sample preparation and support product development activities when required.
• Perform additional administrative and coordination tasks to support daily sales operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php19,500.00 per month
