Sales Coordinator

`Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support and coordinate our sales team across different branches. The role involves collecting customer leads and contact details from branch sales teams, allocating them to the appropriate sales team members, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with sales teams across different branches to collect customer leads and contact details.

* Allocate leads and customer enquiries to the appropriate sales team members.

* Maintain and regularly update lead, customer, and follow-up reports.

* Track the status of leads and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team.

* Coordinate with sales team members to collect updates on enquiries and conversions.

* Prepare regular sales and lead follow-up reports using Excel.

* Ensure all customer and lead information is properly recorded and organized.

* Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative activities.

* Follow up with team members for pending updates and ensure reports are kept up to date.

Requirements

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good coordination and follow-up skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic MS Office tools.

* Good organizational and reporting skills.

* Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

* Ability to coordinate with multiple branch teams.

* Previous experience in sales coordination, telecalling, customer support, or a similar role will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹9,000.00 per month
