POSITION DETAILS

Company: Sayarmal Infra Metals Pvt. Ltd.
Position: Sales Coordinator – TMT Bar Rings
Location: Jaipur – Nirman Nagar / VKI
Territory: Rajasthan & Haryana
Experience: TMT/Steel/Metal Sales, Dealer/Distributor Sales or B2B Sales preferred
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Travel: Outstation travel across Rajasthan & Haryana as required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate dealer leads through telephonic calls, references & field visits
• Make 45+ sales calls/day and generate 10+ qualified enquiries/day
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders
• Onboard 8–10 new dealers/month
• Build and maintain strong dealer relationships
• Generate repeat business from existing dealers
• Conduct dealer credibility & payment verification visits
• Maintain daily MIS/CRM, Excel & dealer records
• Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate sales reporting
• Coordinate with Accounts, Logistics & Production for order execution

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong selling & convincing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation ability
• Confident telephone communication
• Strong follow-up and target-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• CRM/MIS reporting skills
• Comfortable with field visits and outstation travel
• Experience in TMT/Steel/Metal or Dealer Sales preferred
• Knowledge of Rajasthan & Haryana dealer markets will be an advantage
