Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing leads, client communication, follow-ups, demos, and sales coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and the sales team for demos and meetings.
• Handle lead follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM.
• Prepare and share quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements.
• Track demos, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
• Maintain daily sales activity and follow-up reports.
• Support the sales team in converting enquiries into customers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Business Development.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email and WhatsApp.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Experience in IT/Software Sales or Travel Industry will be an added advantage.

Education: Any Graduate

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
