About the role

Sales Coordinator role supporting the sales team to handle customer queries, complaints, and requests for information on products and services. The position involves managing sales orders, coordinating delivery schedules, communicating with internal supply chain teams, processing invoices, and ensuring timely expedition of customer requests across multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales team to deal with customer relevant queries, complaints and request for information on products and services
• Follow up sales orders and handle delivery schedule; closely communicate with internal supplier chain to arrange overseas/local shipments and process invoices
• Create SO in systems
• Prepare and update daily and weekly reschedule and forecast reports for customers
• Reduce aged stock and monitor inventory level through backlog and forecast
• Communicate effectively with teams to ensure quality and timely expedition of customer requests
• Analyse monthly sales report, sales target and yearly cost review
• Align invoice format with financial manager and issue commercial invoices to customers
• Follow up AR payments with customers and ensure on-time payment collection
• Manage all processes for customers from customer ordering till payment clearance to avoid and manage shipment delay risks

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in this position; prefer in the Electronics nature
• Experienced in SAP System is a definite advantage
• Excellent in MS Office Application, especially MS Excel
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Team player with good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Self-initiative, can-do attitude, detail-minded, sense of responsibility and willing to take up challenges
