Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support and coordinate sales operations across the state. The ideal candidate should have good communication and coordination skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage sales-related activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and coordinate state-level sales operations.
• Coordinate dispatches, deliveries, and order processing.
• Follow up with customers regarding payments and outstanding dues.
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation.
• Track orders, dispatch status, and payment updates.
• Support the sales team in achieving smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely follow-ups.
• Perform other sales coordination activities as required.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• English and Hindi communication skills.
• Basic to good computer knowledge is mandatory.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain records and prepare basic reports.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Prior experience in sales coordination / sales operations will be preferred.
