Sales Coordinator (เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานฝ่ายขาย)

Qualification

1.                   Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field

2.                   Food Science background is preferred

3.                   Experience in QA, RA, or R&D within the food or nutraceutical industry is an advantage

4.                   Good communication and coordination skills

5.                   Basic English proficiency for communication with overseas suppliers

6.                   Knowledge of food regulations and food safety documentation is preferred

Job Description

1.       Product Documentation

• Manage product documents (Spec, COA, MSDS, TDS, questionnaires, statements)

          - Maintain certificates (Halal, Organic, Kosher, Food Safety, Allergen, Non-GMO, etc.)

2.       Supplier Coordination

• Communicate with overseas suppliers to obtain technical documents and information

          - Follow up pending requests until completion

3.       Technical & Regulatory Support

• Support basic food regulation inquiries (food additive, vitamin & mineral, food category, health claim, positive list)

          - Review documents from a QA perspective before submission

4.       Project & Pending Follow-up

• Track outstanding QA/RA/customer requests

          - Prepare and update pending issue reports

          - Coordinate timely follow-up with internal teams and suppliers

5.       Change Management

• Coordinate product change notifications with QA, RA, Procurement, Sales, and Customer Service

6.       Market Intelligence

• Monitor consumer trends, new ingredients, and market opportunities through online research

Sales Support

• Support technical requests from the Sales team and Strategic Product Manager
