Sales Coordinator

ALFC Insurance Agency Corporation is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team and provide reliable administrative and coordination support to our Sales Department.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Team
• Prepare, organize, and file sales-related documents and records
• Assist in the processing and monitoring of documents and transactions
• Coordinate with clients, sales personnel, and other departments as needed
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of required documents
• Maintain proper filing and organization of physical and electronic records
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor

Qualifications:

• At least College Level
• With relevant work experience is an advantage
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong administrative, organizational, and coordination skills
• Knowledgeable in filing and documentation
• Keen attention to detail
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
• Responsible, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work on weekends, when necessary or as required by business operations
