Who Are We Seeking?

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in providing excellent customer service outcomes.  Previous sales support or building industry experience is an advantage for this role.  You will need to be successful working to deadlines and have the ability to retain new information accurately.  Attention to detail is essential along with computer literacy inclusive of Microsoft packages at an intermediate level. ERP computer experience would be an advantage although training will be given within our own ERP system.

What Does the Role Involve?

Daily activities whilst many and varied include;

Phone enquiries

Reception

Creation of files for new customers

Updating customer required dates on quotes

Contacting customers to follow up quotes outstanding

Customer interaction to confirm product and dates

Processing emails from various inboxes

Assistance with stock maintenance, updating stock codes and pricing in our ERP system

Showroom Sales (once knowledge is gained in products)

Reviewing of house plans and creating a door/hardware take-off

Creation/preparation of a quote pack for Estimator
