We are a fast-growing financing company committed to improving lives. We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales and Business Development team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog
• Customer service-oriented
• Ability to multitask, manage records, prepare reports, and coordinate sales activities
• Strong team collaboration, leadership potential, and client relationship management skills
• Experience in sales training and coaching is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Handles and coordinates sales agent accreditation requirements and documentation
• Monitors and tracks sales agent productivity and performance
• Maintains accurate sales records and prepares reports
• Coordinates sales activities and provides necessary administrative support to the Sales and Business Development team
• Assists in monitoring compliance with sales accreditation requirements
• Coordinates with sales professionals and other concerned departments regarding accreditation and productivity concerns
• Supports sales training and coaching activities, when needed
• Performs other tasks as may be required from time to time
