Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth sales operations. In an AV distribution environment, this role plays a key part in order processing, customer communication, and providing technical assistance, product information, quotes, pricing, and logistics across a portfolio of amazing AV products and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

Working with our sales and product managers, duties may include but are but not limited to:

• Provide customer service by answering phone calls and email enquiries
• Sales order data entry
• Customer quotations
• Identify pain points or issues with orders and escalate to solve problems
• Assist wholesale customers with order and product enquiries
• Provide technical product assistance to both retailers and end consumers
• Liaise with and support our field sales team
• Manage and move stock between warehouse locations
• Booking couriers and coordinate with warehouse teams

Desirable qualities, skills, and experience

• Experience in a similar role in the A/V industry will be highly regarded
• An aptitude for or interest in learning about our technical products (A/V nerds welcome)
• Strong communication skills both over the phone and via email
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, TEAMS & Excel
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Willingness to take initiative and get “hands on” with our product
