We are looking for an ambitious Sales Coordinator to provide support to the Sales & Marketing department of SOEX India Limited (Fazlani Group of Companies)

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience from Manufacturing background is a plus.
• 2 years +of carrying sales coordination experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with overseas customers & distributors.
• Prepare quotations, Proforma invoices, and share export documentation.
• Update tracking of orders from factory & shipping team and update clients.
• Communicate with shipping, logistics, production, and finance teams.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
• Monitor sales targets & reports.
• Support trade shows & international business development, market research.
• Generate leads through various channels.
