Sales Coordinator

About the role

This role is suitable for someone who is organized, responsive, and enjoys coordinating with customers and different teams. You will work closely with the Converter Solutions sales team to support daily commercial activities, customer inquiries, quotations, orders, samples, and project follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team with quotations, customer inquiries, and order coordination
• Follow up customer purchase orders, delivery schedules, samples, and project status
• Coordinate with purchasing, customer service, warehouse, production, and suppliers
• Prepare sales documents, quotations, reports, and customer information
• Maintain customer and project records in the company system
• Follow up pending actions and ensure customers receive timely updates
• Support preparation of samples and materials for customer visits and trials
• Communicate with local and overseas suppliers when required
• Assist the sales team with sales forecasts and basic sales reporting

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Industrial Management, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, sales support, or related work
• Fresh graduates with good communication and coordination skills are welcome
• Good organization and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working with Excel, email, and business documents
• Able to communicate in English for basic business correspondence
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, electronics, adhesive materials, or converting business is an advantage
• Positive, responsible, and willing to learn
