Key Responsibilities
Coordinate sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and customer presentations.
Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery coordination.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and assist in resolving customer concerns.
Coordinate with logistics, production, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Track sales targets, prepare periodic MIS reports, and support performance analysis.
Schedule meetings, client visits, and sales-related events.
Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers and management.
