Sales Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales orders, inventory management, and logistics.
• Maintain accurate records using Tally software, updating customers on order status and delivery schedules.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to increase revenue growth.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in Collection and Sales Executive role in the furniture & furnishing industry.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Tally) for efficient data management.
• Excellent customer handling skills with ability to resolve conflicts professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
