Sales Coordinator

Description Responsibilities:

• Offer rates to customers according to sales quotations or quoting guidelines
• Coordinate with overseas offices/agents regarding ocean freight rates, follow up shipment status etc.
• Provide timely responses to both external and internal email
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to solve unexpected problems that may occur
• Provide help and advice to customers using the organization's services or superior's advice
• Other duties as required by management

Qualifications:

• Only candidates with permanent work rights with no restrictions will be considered
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Experience in freight forwarding business or related fields will be advantage
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in written English
• Service mind with good interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, online meetings, or face to face
• Good attitude and positive thinking
• Ability to work under pressure
• Able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers.
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Candidate who can start immediately will be preferred
