Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities :- Preparation of Equipment offers

• Co-ordination with estimation/design/Regional Offices

• Follow-up for payments/C-forms/orders

• Regular monthly follow-up

• Knowledge of participating in Govt. Tenders and entire cycle from order to cash.

• Assist the sales team in managing day-to-day activities, including quotation

preparation, tender participation, MIS reports, coordinating & support in

expo/events, follow-up & collection of EMD, BG, due receivables.

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery

• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and requests, addressing

concerns and providing timely responses.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to

support sales initiatives and achieve organizational goals

• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and correspondence,

ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Candidate should know SAP HANA
