Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination between the sales team, management, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team and support daily sales activities.
• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer data.
• Track leads, follow-ups, appointments, and sales performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with BDMs, Team Leaders, and Sales Heads for regular updates.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads and pending requirements.
• Assist the sales team with documentation and administrative activities.
• Communicate important updates between the sales team and management.
• Monitor team targets and provide necessary updates to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the Education/EdTech sector is preferred.
• Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Calicut are preferred.

Salary

As per experience and skill set.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
