Sales Coordinator

Clementine Paper creates fresh, fun, and fashionable eco-friendly notebooks, partyware, gift bags/wrap, candles, soap, and other products for mass retailers such as TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, etc.

We are seeking an energetic and resourceful Sales Coordinator to join the sales team in our El Segundo office.  The ideal candidate will also have a creative eye and a strong interest in consumer products. Experience working with stationery, home décor, or other fashion driven products is also a plus.

As the Sales Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support for the sales manager(s), including the following:

·      Meeting preparation, including showroom set up and breakdown

·      Organization of sample rooms in collaboration with the product development coordinator

·      Prepare order spreadsheets

·      Spearhead order follow up for international accounts

·      Prepare and ship samples to buyers’ Merchandise Assistants.

·      Trend shop with sales manager(s) to identify new products and opportunities

Job Requirements:

-         4+ years of work experience, with 2+ years in a sales or sales support role in consumer products

-         Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

-         Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

-         Optimistic, organized, and cooperative demeanor
