Sales Coordinator

IMI Corporation Pte Ltd based in Jurong, an authorized agent for a range of Marine and Industrial product, has immediate employment for the following post :

SALES COORDINATOR

 Responsibilities :-

• Handle sales inquiries, sourcing and order processing
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and forwarders for timely delivery
• Generating of purchase orders, invoices and delivery orders
• Ensure proper record and documentation
• Other ad-hoc task as assigned

 Requirements :-

• At least 2 years’ experience in the same field, preferably in the marine industry
• Minimum ITE/Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Must have good communications skills and independent
• Knowledge of shipping and freight will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
