Sales Coordinator

We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support for the Sales team:

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders into ERP system (Dynamics 365 Business Central) and follow up with customers till orders are confirmed by customers.
• Provide administrative support to sales teams in connection with processing of customer inquiries, sales planning and sales orders;
• Prepare and submit for approval, item presentations, quote sheets on customer specific format and requirements;
• Data entry to in house platforms, SharePoint or customers online portals in related to sales activity monitoring;
• Coordinate samples arrangement of various products to customer buyers in a timely and efficient manner;
• Assist in general office work and other administrative tasks as required.

Skills, Competencies & Requirements:

• Proficient in Outlook, MS Excel & Word is a must
• Excellent knowledge of English to deal with the foreign divisions and international customers;
• Well organized and attention to detail, with good interpersonal & communication skill
• Self-motivated and Strong sense of responsibility;
• Able to multitask effectively and manage priorities;
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and dynamic environment;
• Knowledge of ERP system (Dynamics 365 Business Central) is an asset;
• DSE / F.7 level or above.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support
