Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the sales department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer communications, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Your enthusiasm and strong organizational skills will help drive customer satisfaction and contribute to our company’s growth. Pro-active sales calling will be 25% of the job role, with 75% sales admin.

Duties

• Pro-active telephone sales calling to maintain existing and develop new business. The role will entail calling existing and potential customers.
• Accurate and efficient processing of orders to meet customer requirements.
• Investigating and resolving customer queries effectively within specified time frame.
• Communicating with Area Sales Managers to maintain and develop existing business
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Developing product quotations to meet customer requirements and promote new business.
• Effective time management to maximise sales potential including planned customer calls.
• Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health & safety, and quality management.
• Any other duties as required

Pay: £25,500.00 per year
