Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our commercial operations and drive sales coordination workflows. In this full-time, you will act as a key liaison between our clients, sales team, and internal supply chain and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle day-to-day sales support inquiries, order processing, and quotation preparation.

· Coordinate closely with the sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery tracking.

· Manage client communications through professional channels, including streamlining customer engagement via Online, WhatsApp Business coordination workflows.

· Maintain accurate sales records, customer accounts, and internal reporting.

· Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and general sales operations as needed.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years**’** experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination within an industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environment is an advantage.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel for tracking and data organization) and familiarity with ERP systems.

· A natural team player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, bringing a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport, support colleagues, and work seamlessly across departments to achieve shared goals.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
