SALES COORDINATOR

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales orders, quotations, invoices and delivery schedules.
• Support the sales team with administrative and documentation work.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, product availability, pricing and delivery.
• follow up on sales enquiries and customer request.
• Prepare sales reports and update customer/ order records.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, purchasing and accounts departments.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customer complaints or issues and follow up until resolved.
• Maintain proper filing of sales documents.
• Assist the Sales Manager or sales executives with daily tasks.
• Sometimes assist with stock monitoring, payment follow-ups and basic sales analysis.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, or related roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of project management tools is an added advantage
• Able to work under pressure with positive attitude
