Sales Coordinator

Support our sales team. No sales target on you.

Lisa Home Solutions is a Pune based property management company. We look after around properties for Investors in Pune and help them invest in real estate.

When one of those properties is available to rent or sell, our sales team needs someone to keep everything moving and that is this job. You are the person who makes it easy for the sales team to close the deals.

Role & responsibilities

1. Put our available properties on MagicBricks, 99acres and Housing, and keep them updated
2. Attend to the enquiries that come in, understand what the customer is looking for, and shortlist properties that suit them
3. Fix their visit, confirm the timing, and coordinate with our field executive who takes them to see the properties
4. Follow up after the visit and prepare the offer for our Area Sales Manager, who handles the negotiation with the landlord
5. Once it is finalised, help with the agreement paperwork, the move-in, and the follow-up until payment is received
6. Keep everything updated in our CRM so the team always knows where each customer stands

Preferred candidate profile

1. Is comfortable speaking with customers on the phone in Hindi, Marathi or English
2. Is organised, and can keep track of many customers at the same time without losing anyone
3. Is comfortable with basic computer work Excel, WhatsApp and a CRM (we will train you on ours)
4. Has 15 years of experience in sales support, coordination, customer service, inside sales, or a similar role

You will also be eligible for Incentives apart from your fixed salary
