Sales Coordinator – IELTS / PTE / CELPIP

Mandatory Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years in IELTS/PTE/CELPIP, language training, study abroad, immigration, admissions or education counselling sales
• Minimum 1 year managing a sales/counselling team
• Experience handling inbound student leads through calls and WhatsApp
• Experience managing follow-ups, demos, enrollments and monthly sales targets
• Strong student counselling, objection-handling and closing skills

Role & Responsibilities

The Sales Coordinator will take complete ownership of LinguoPrep’s sales team and student enrollment targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor sales counsellors
• Distribute and track leads
• Improve lead utilization and follow-ups
• Monitor Lead → Contact → Demo → Enrollment conversion
• Coach low-performing counsellors
• Handle important student counselling/closing calls
• Improve demo attendance and demo-to-enrollment conversion
• Track counsellor-wise targets and conversion %
• Maintain accurate CRM/sales reports
• Coordinate with the academic team
• Achieve monthly team enrollment targets

Preference: Candidates currently or previously working with an IELTS, PTE, CELPIP, language-training, study-abroad or immigration company.
