Sales Coordinator

Overall Job Function:

Job Responsibility including but not limited to:

• Assist Merchandisers in optimizing the customer journey and on-site experience by troubleshooting site-related incidents, supporting an enhanced customer experience
• Facilitate set up of online items in internal systems and perform necessary edits after publishing Ensuring site stock availability by reconciling inventory data against on-site availability
• Create visibility for local teams while driving new solutions with global partners, such as Commercial Merch Support
• Proactive SKU management helping teams identify priority products to enable the warehouse teams to ensure speedy arrival of important articles
• Utilize internal programs to pull SKU’s, data and manage inventory, working closely with Distribution Center
• Responsible for full-cycle execution of sales, deals and general offers on H&M site
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Marketing teams on site content and merchandising
• Support team on ad hoc analysis needed to take educated and informed decisions

Qualifications
Minimum Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Retail
• 3-4 years of experience in a support function or e-commerce role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with ability to manipulate large data sets
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Solution oriented, with strong problem-solving ability
• Detail-oriented, with a customer focused approach
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• Team player with agile and fast-paced mindset, can quickly and effectively re-prioritize daily tasks based on changing business needs
• Strong follow up and ability to influence business partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
