Sales Coordinator

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents with customers.
• Process sales orders and coordinate with production, inventory, logistics, and accounts teams for timely delivery.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, pending orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, order records, and CRM/ERP systems.
• Assist the sales team in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Track sales targets, order status, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing documentation.
• Maintain proper records of customer communications and sales activities.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads and support the conversion of inquiries into sales

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
