Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales and service operations. The role involves handling sales documentation, customer coordination, scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, the sales team, and our technical/service team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations, process sales orders, and handle customer enquiries, including quotation and order follow-ups.
• Arrange service and testing appointments, prepare work orders, and coordinate job schedules and arrangements with the service/testing team.
• Coordinate with customers, sales personnel, and internal teams to ensure smooth job execution, monitor order and job status, and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Maintain accurate sales, customer, and job records, including relevant ISO documentation related to sales activities.
• Assist with delivery and logistics coordination, as well as other sales administration tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support sales operations and related activities.

About you

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales coordination, sales administration, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel. Able to read ACAD drawing will be a bonus.
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively with different teams.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
