Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in daily operations, client coordination, documentation, and sales reporting. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team and assist in daily sales activities.

• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and sales-related communication.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and other sales documents.

• Maintain customer databases, sales records, and MIS reports.

• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and timely delivery.

• Track sales leads, opportunities, and follow-up status.

• Schedule client meetings and maintain regular communication with customers.

• Assist the sales team in achieving targets and completing assigned tasks.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales updates.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

• Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.

• Customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar role.

• Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills may also apply.
