Sales Coordinator

Industry: Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or any related field.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, advertising, marketing, or a related position.
• Knowledge of OOH advertising, including billboards, LED displays, and other outdoor advertising media, is an advantage.
• Proficient in preparing sales proposals, quotations, contracts, insertion orders, and other sales-related documents.
• Able to coordinate with clients, the sales team, operations, and production departments to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
• Skilled in preparing sales reports, monitoring client requirements, and updating advertising schedules and campaign status.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Willing to assist in monitoring billboard availability, campaign implementation, and the preparation of proof-of-posting reports and photos.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
