Sales Coordinator

Role Objective

Manage incoming property enquiries, CRM, client follow-ups, appointments and coordination between clients and the sales team so that no genuine lead is missed or left unattended.

Key Responsibilities

Attend and qualify incoming enquiries from property portals, WhatsApp, calls, campaigns and referrals

Understand client requirements including location, budget, configuration, purpose and timeline.

Enter, update and maintain every enquiry accurately in the CRM.

Follow up systematically with prospects and reactivate older leads.

Coordinate suitable property options with Sales Executives and arrange meetings/site visits

Send property details, photographs, videos and proposals to clients

Maintain lead status, follow-up schedules and daily coordination reports

Coordinate between clients, sales executives, owners and management as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

0–3 years in sales coordination, CRM, telecalling, customer service, inside sales or real estate preferred. Freshers from reputed colleges with excellent communication, confidence and professional presentation

Strong verbal and written English; Hindi communication required.

Organised, persistent, technology-comfortable and disciplined with follow-ups.

Comfortable with CRM, Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp. Key Performance Indicators

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
