Sales Coordinator

Duties, responsibilities and authorities

• Assist the sales team with Prospect Client, client follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
• Prepare and update sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Track sales activities in Pipeline/Google Drive systems and ensure accurate and timely data entry.
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure alignment on client manpower requirements.
• Update the Cost Breakdown Format and Records.
• Update the Contract Format and Records.
• Follow up the Sales Account manager manpower request to Recruitment and Operations Department.
• Assist in training and orientation of Sales team members to Company standard
• Update the Sales Department Materials and Tools (One Drive & Google Drive)
• Assist Sales team members to Necessary Tools, Equipment, Materials and supplies when onboarding (One Drive & Google Drive)
• Assist Sales Account Manager to Supplies and Equipment Proposal making

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably residing within Metro Manila or nearby cities.
• Must be (4) Four-year graduate in Business Administration in Sales, Marketing, Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in SALES or HR is required for this position.
• Has the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
• Confident and with strong leadership skills.
• Good communication skills both oral and written.
• Goal oriented, hardworking and likes to travel.
• Can start immediately once hired.
• Background in Manpower Company is an advantage (Janitorial/Housekeeping/Manpower) but not a requirement.
• Janitorial/Housekeeping/Manpower Deployment) with market leads is a plus;

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
