We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator.

Job Description:
Responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, operations, and internal departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and other related documents
• Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, schedules, and service updates
• Monitor and track ongoing projects and client requests
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client information
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets
• Prepare reports and presentations as required by management
• Ensure timely communication and coordination with various departments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
• With at least 1 year of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Willing to work in Quezon City
