Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing team in daily sales administration and coordination. The successful candidate will assist in handling sales enquiries, preparing quotations and proposals, maintaining client records, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales & Marketing team
• Respond to sales enquiries and assist in preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales presentations
• Coordinate with clients regarding meeting arrangements, site inspections, room bookings, and event requirements
• Maintain accurate client databases, sales records, correspondence, and filing systems
• Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking sales activities, and updating relevant documentation
• Coordinate with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Banquet, and other departments to ensure client requirements are met
• Follow up on sales leads, client requests, and pending proposals in a timely manner
• Assist in organising sales appointments, client visits, familiarisation trips, and promotional activities
• Support the preparation of sales kits, marketing materials, and presentation documents
• Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, updated, and handled confidentially

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
